ReGROUP at Camp Glen
Camp isn’t just for kids anymore – Workforce Synergy!

Ideally, a retreat should provide more than just a break from the daily routine. It should be a tranquil place that lets you escape the hassles and distractions of everyday life. A place where you can gather together, share ideas, connect, challenge each other to achieve more, become of one mind, set a new course, and forge new bonds. Camp Glen is the place.
Away from the everyday.

Light the fire Within
Camp Glen is operated by Camp Fire Northwest Ohio and provides boys and girls, ages 1-18 with opportunists personal growth that allow them to be assets to their own community as they gain leadership skills and grow in self-reliance. Camp Fire NW Ohio serves Hancock, Seneca and Wood Counties with our In-School Programs, Clubs, Activities and overnight and day Camps. Camp Fire NWO relies on local funding, corporate and individual giving, along with state and national grants. The number of children we are able to serve directly correlates to our funding. We continuously strive to fund-raise and seek funding sources in order to maintain and expand our reach in the communities we serve. We diligently work to be good stewards to our resources- including our future community leaders.
Overnight camp is a camp in which the youth stay overnight for multiple nights, and are supervised 24 hours a day by trained staff. Camp Fire of Northwest Ohio offers overnight camp opportunities at our camp facility, Camp Glen, which is located on the banks of the Sandusky River in Seneca County.
Overnight Camp (ages 7-12)
Camp Fire overnight camp programs for ages 7-12 offer a focus area called a “trail”. Each trail offers its own progression of activities specific to the trail topic. If there is more than one trail offered during the week your child wants to attend camp, they must choose one. There is designated time each morning that the campers will break out into their specific trail. Campers will also be split into separate age levels within the trail, so there is an appropriate progression of skills and information.
Leader In Training (LIT) (ages 13-18)
The Leaders in Training Program is a leadership development program designed to provide teens with the skills and knowledge to interact and communicate successfully with individuals and lead groups of all ages in a fun, safe environment while still experiencing the overnight camp experience.
