Special Kids Therapy will be holding an open house on August 7th, from 5:30 - 7:30pm. They will have all the equipment there to try out and see first hand. Take a look at the progress of the room and some great new pieces of equipment!

Edible Plants and Herbs of the 1800’s

Visit the historic McKinnis garden in full summer mode. Costumed living history interpreter, Becky Woodward, will share with you garden plants of the mid-1800’s and explain how settlers depended on gardens for their very existence in a time when herb gardening was a necessity. Then join interpreter, Stacie Roby, on a hike to explore what plants the pioneers gathered from the wild. Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing cup of tea.
